I would like to say a very, very big thank you to Louise, our Property Manager.  Louise  has been managing our property since it has been leased. Her professionalism and assistance is second to none. Louise has kept us fully informed and up to date with our property. She is very efficient, conscientious,  prompt in returning calls and answering any of our queries. When the tenant had an issue she was prompt in advising us, gave us options for repair including the option of choosing our own repairer. Super understanding, respectful and updated us on when it was repaired.

Louise just completed our 1st inspection, she not only provided a comprehensive written report on our property she telephoned me once she had done the inspection as she knew I wanted to be there however, was not able to be.  Initially we were really worried leasing out our property but all those apprehensions have absolutely disappeared with the amazing service we have experienced. Thank you once again Louise for your exceptional care and dedication in looking after our property, I have the utmost confidence in you and no longer stress about leasing our property knowing you are our Property Manager.
