I was very impressed with the L J Hooker agents especially Daniel Alexander, who was willing to listen to my requests. I never felt any pressure of having to be on their books immediately. They had respect for my wishes which turned out to be a very good experience for me. They listened & were genuinely interested in my needs. I felt we were always on the same wavelength & they kept contact during the process once I had decided to put my property on the market. I would recommend them without hesitation. I would like to add that my association with Kristen Lonie was a match made in heaven. My contact with Kristen & visa versa was as a friend rather than an agent. She always put my needs first & foremost & nothing was too much trouble for her. Canstar surveyed almost 1,000 customers who had recently used the services of a real estate agent, with LJ Hooker being awarded five-star ratings in four disciplines which are pivotal to the customer experience: Communication and Advice, Contract Handling, Problem Resolution and Marketing.
